We try to dispatch your items within one or two working days of receiving payment but sometimes this is not always possible so please allow 10 working days for domestic handling. If orders are likely to take longer we will contact you.

All orders include full postal insurance against loss or serious damage if checked before signing as received in good condition.

Our postal charges are based on our couriers (APC) delivery tariffs:

Small items are shipped to UK destinations with a carriage rate of £2.95

Larger bulkier items including all bikes are shipped to UK destinations at a carriage rate of £20
